Nasiriya Teaching aid material room stores various teaching aid, collections of instruments and programs. Among them are, cassette radios, audio tapes, films, various projectors, television set, slides, transparencies, charts, pictures, models, maps and figures. It is established with equipment’s and furniture.
The furniture are
shelves to store models, figures and apparatus, open shelves for radios and projectors,
shelves to store maps and rolled-up charts, shelves to place various types of
charts and pictures, and special boxes for film slides, transparencies and film
strips.

Each material must be labeled clearly and
neatly to facilitate teachers finding it. The list of collection of materials
found in this room must be noted down in the stock book for stock checking at
the end of each year. In the front of the room is the distribution counter to
facilitate borrowing and returning of resources. There are available of
electricity to check the electric instruments before taking whether it is to be
in good condition.

Rule and Regulations
- The teaching aid resources are primarily intended to serve the needs of teachers and students to facilitate learning.
- Teaching aids are served according to the request order. Get approval from the supervisor at least 24 hours before it use.
- In case damage concerned person should pay for the cost of repair or replacement of the damage teaching aids.
